By bike to the Valley Kicks From Pisa, take the bike path along the shoulders following the River Arno in an easterly direction. Walk along the famous and charming Caprona Tower until you reach the lovely valley of Calci. Visit the ancient parish church and the picturesque villages and visit the Museum of Natural History housed in the premises of the Certosa di Calci jewel of the valley, or visit the Charterhouse itself, with its magnificent cloister and its monastic cells.
